Washing, chopping, and organizing ingredients for daily use
Ensuring food is hygienically prepared and safely stored
Cleaning utensils, kitchen equipment, and cooking area after use
Following any special dietary instructions (e.g., diabetic, low-spice, kids’ meals)
Grocery planning and informing the employer about kitchen inventory needs
Assisting in meal presentation and serving if required

Baby Sitter
Supervising children and ensuring their safety at all times
Feeding, bathing, dressing, and diapering infants or toddlers as needed
Preparing and serving age-appropriate meals and snacks
Engaging children in playtime, reading, storytelling, and educational games
Assisting with homework or school projects (for older children)
Putting children to nap or sleep according to their routine
Maintaining cleanliness in children’s areas (toys, playroom, feeding space)
Communicating daily updates and concerns to parents
Administering basic first aid or medication (if instructed and trained)
Accompanying children to the park, school bus stop, or activity centers (if required)

Care Taker
Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Helping with mobility: walking, getting in and out of bed or wheelchair
Administering prescribed medication on time (if trained and authorized)
Preparing and serving nutritious meals as per dietary needs
Monitoring vital signs and general health (e.g., temperature, appetite, mood)
Providing companionship and emotional support
Light housekeeping related to the client (room, laundry, hygiene)
Accompanying clients to doctor appointments or outdoor walks (if needed)
Reporting health changes or concerns to the family or supervisor
Ensuring a safe, clean, and calm environment at all times
